This is the simplest of the 3 modes. When a report is run in Preview Mode,
the results of the report are displayed on the screen.
Once the report is displayed on the screen, it can be printed or exported
directly from the preview screen.
No options are needed to run a report in Preview mode.
Running reports from Windows
Reports can also be run directly from Microsoft Windows. This is done by locating
a report file on your PC or network using a program like 'Windows Explorer'
and double clicking it. Easy View will automatically be started and the report
will be run in Preview mode. The file extension must be '.rpt' for this to
work.
