Can I store pictures of the parts I use?

If you have any picture of the components you use they can easily be stored in Golf Shop Manager.  It is simply a matter of opening the picture file with Golf Shop Manager and it is instantly stored in the database.  The pictures can be seen in the Club Builder and Inventory screens.

Can I use the program on more than one computer?

Golf Shop Manager is designed to be network ready.  It works great on a stand alone computer or as a networked system.  All of the workstations are connected to a common database on your network.  If you need more workstations additional licenses can be purchased and installed on your system.

Where is the data stored?

All of the data from Golf Shop Manager is kept in a secure MS Access database.  This database can be located anywhere on your network and accessed by multiple workstations.

Can I get custom reports?

All the reports available in Golf Shop Manager are designed using Crystal Reports ®.  Reports can be modified or made from scratch using this 3rd party utility.  If you prefer we can make up any custom reports that you require.  Please contact us with any special requirements.

What security features does it have?

Golf Shop Manager was designed to keep your information secure.  Each user of the program can be assigned their own user name and password.  You can also give the users personalized access rights to different parts of the program.

When can I get it?

Golf Shop Manager is scheduled for release in February 2007.
