Each installation of Easy View creates a new serial number which is used in the registration process. If you wish to move a license to a different computer, you can request to have the original serial number cancelled so the license can be used elsewhere.
To request that a serial number be cancelled, just send an email to support@easystreetsoftware.net. Please include the serial number you want cancelled and your customer number if you have it. You can get the serial number from the "About" screen in Easy View. If the copy of Easy View is no longer installed on the computer, you can check the list of licenses on your order page or customer page.
Ordering more Easy View licenses is easy. You can order additional licenses by placing an order on our web site, by sending a check or sending a purchase order.

This password is required for Easy View to log in to the database specified in the Crystal Reports rpt file.
Easy View can run in 2 modes:
This is the simplest way to run a report. Basically someone else has run the report and saved data with the report. You are just viewing, printing or exporting the report. Of course the big disadvantage of this is that you are now viewing information from a live database.
To use Easy View in this mode you need to uncheck the box in the "Quick Launch" screen that says "Discard saved report data".
When you run the report in this mode Easy View will not attempt to connect to any database. It will only run the report with the data saved in the rpt file. If the report doesn't have any data in it Easy View will attempt to connect to the database specified in the rpt file and you may be prompted to log in.
To use Easy View in this mode you need to check the box in the "Quick Launch" screen that says "Discard saved report data".
This will cause Easy View to connect to to a database and get fresh data each time the report is run whether it has saved data or not.
